Return to your body – Weekend Retreat

October 9, 2020 @ 15:00 - October 11, 2020 @ 16:00 CEST

Each and everyone of us are dealing with something in our lives which is not always easy to share and we close our heart and continue our life pretending that everything is fine.

But our body is smart, much smarter than the mind. Our body has a wisdom and will always let us know when something is not right inside us and outside us.

To understand this and get out of the trap of the mind, we need to return to our body wisdom, to our own inner universe.

In this retreat, we will guide you in bringing out your own body wisdom.

We are opening a safe space where all emotions can be expressed, be shared with no judgement, deep acceptance and reconciliation. You will finally be able to understand parts of yourself in a new light and let go of what does not serve you.

We will aim to go as deep as possible and reveal our true nature that is happy and joyful. We might need to dive deeper into the subconscious shadow in order to reveal the gold, and this is just a stepping stone in the process.

We have selected an amazing venue to run our weekend retreat of reconnection with yourself, your body and your mind.
