Mystery of the feminine and masculine principle – TaoTantra Workshop

Following our first workshop on the basics of Tao and Tantra, we are continuing with a very important subject that is polarity…

A subject that needs time to be explored and understood.

We live in a world of duality, cold/hot, heaven/earth, feminine/masculine, good/evil, etc… In Taoism, we need to find the perfect balance (the Yin and Yang) without neglecting or rejecting the other part as one wouldn’t exist without the other.
We are oneness, we are everything.
As long as we refuse to embrace this duality and to have a good understanding of it, we will struggle in life (not finding life purpose, meaning of life, not attracting what we want and so on).

In Tantra, the principle is pretty much the same. Shiva and Shakti are representative for the masculine and feminine principles. Their aspects and representations are expressing archetypical aspects of the human being as a whole, Ardhanarishvara or the Androgyny. In the Mahavydia tradition the Goddess is represented in Her 10 main aspects and in the Shivaist tradition the masculine aspect of God is represented in multiple hypostasis of Shiva.

In this workshop, we will journey into the mystery of the feminine and masculine principle and energies.
Like in all of our workshops, it’s a lot of practice to experience with your own body and still some theory to understand deeper the subject.

The workshop program will include but not only:

* Morning practice with Qi Gong
* Morning practice Tantra Yoga
* Feminine and masculine principle – practices and theory
* Polarity asana yoga
* Shadow work
* Transfiguration & Bhavana
* Awareness & Presence
* Tratakam with Shiva and Shakti Yantra
* Tantric meditation
* Taoist meditation

The main theme of The Polarity workshop are the two principles: The Masculine and The Feminine. We will talk a lot during the weekend about these principles and the most important is that we will be able to experience both in a fun and creative way. Be ready to have fun and to surrender to your own Heart through meditation and conscious movement.

We welcome: singles, couples, all sex oriented.

This workshop doesn’t contain any nudity and is suitable for anybody above 18yo.
