Experience a heart opening in a safe place, where the depth of your emotions can be shown without fear. Be ready to connect to your heart, to surrender to your own heart and to let go of some layers.
We will awaken our heart and silencing the mind with beautiful meditations, conscious movement and exercices.

When things in life are done with heart, our inner and outer world changes.
When the heart is closed, the body is disconnected and the mind tend to be hyperactive.

In Taoism, the essence is being able to connect to our heart, brain and Tan Tien (center of our being – Hara in Japanese).
When the 3 elements are combined, we experience life in a completely different way and we become fulfill and truly happy.

In Tantra, activating the heart is the key to this path. In fact, being connected to the heart and centered in the heart is all tantra is about. No heart, no Tantra.
However, the heart needs to be connected to the brain in order to create a magnetic frequency that will allow to go past the layers we’ve built consciously and unconsciously.

🌺 As a bonus and free of charge, Nathalie will offer a mini Tok Sen session for those who wants a boost in their heart opening and to release some emotions around the heart and lungs (organ that stores sadness and grief).
Tok Sen creates vibration in the body through the use of wooden tools in order to move stagnant energy/emotions.
Session will be with clothes on and will take place on Saturday after the class and Sunday morning before the class. 🌺

We welcome: singles, couples, all sex oriented.

This workshop doesn’t contain any nudity and is suitable for anybody above 18yo.
